In-Stock Items

Processing and shipping times for in-stock products may vary depending on order volume. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact information provided at checkout.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are not ready for immediate shipment.

Production and estimated shipping timelines vary by product. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing — the estimated manufacturing, processing, and/or shipping timeframe for that specific pre-order is provided there.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the estimated timeline stated in the product description.

Any estimated production or shipping dates are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, quality control, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, your order may ship together once all products are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after you receive your tracking number.

EIGHTHDIVISION is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after a package has been transferred to that carrier.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated at checkout.
